Order processing is generally carried out within 24/48 hours (excluding Sundays) following order confirmation, subject to product availability.

Article 3: Delivery Methods

We usually offer three delivery methods:

a. Standard Delivery: With an estimated delivery time of 48 to 72 hours.
b. Express Delivery: With an estimated delivery time of 24 hours.
c. Mondial Relay delivery: With an estimated delivery time of 3 to 5 days.

During the period from April 01st to May 25th, you may have noticed during your checkout that our delivery time is currently estimated at 2-5 days. This extension is due to the shipping of all orders from our international warehouse in Canton. We are waiting for our warehouses to be restocked in vibrant colors from Mary-la-Ville, France, to be able to offer our 3 fast delivery methods again 🇫🇷.

These times are given as an indication and may vary depending on the carrier.

Article 4: Free Delivery

Free delivery is offered for all orders of €0 or more and is only applicable in the following countries: France, Germany, Benelux, Spain, Monaco, Portugal and the United Kingdom.

Article 5: Liability in the Event of Delay

Coziya is committed to preparing and delivering your order to the carrier within the promised time frame. However, once the package is in the hands of the carrier, Coziya no longer exercises control over the delivery process and cannot be held responsible for any delays or incidents that may occur. While we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, guaranteeing delivery on a specific date or time is beyond our control. Additionally, if the package cannot be delivered due to mailbox constraints or the need for hand delivery, Coziya cannot ensure completion of the delivery under these specific conditions. We encourage you to provide clear delivery instructions when ordering to facilitate a smooth delivery process.

Article 6: Customs and Taxes

Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to customs fees and taxes, for which the customer is solely responsible.
